You say the site is a scam because you can not access the site and you have not claim amount for n30 days?

in the readme section it is written:

Any unused addresses that haven't reached the minimum withdrawal limit and haven't requested Ethereum within 30 days will automatically be deleted. This is to ensure the constant supply of Ethereum and to maintain a clean database.

I am unable to access site, its as if it has now blocked my etherum payout address. I have tried from different IP and not using VPN but can't get access to my balance or participate to build up my balance anymore. Is it a Scam. When you get to a certain balance it blocks your payout address then every 30 days it takes what hasn't been accessed by its users.
